What this means in practice

• Product links marked "Check price on Amazon" are affiliate links.
• The price you pay is identical whether you use our link or not.
• Affiliate income pays for hosting, and for the machines we buy and bake with for hands-on testing.

What it never means

• Commissions do not influence rankings. Recommendation order is set by our evaluation before commission rates are ever checked. Some of our top picks pay less than alternatives we rank lower.
• No paid placements. Brands cannot buy a spot, a badge, or a softer "watch out for" section.
• No gifted-product reviews. If we ever receive a product for free, the page will disclose it and the unit still gets the same identical-recipe testing as anything we bought ourselves.
